Wellness Care

Large animals need regular veterinary care just like smaller ones. Our large animal wellness programs are designed to assure your animal is receiving the highest-quality preventive health care as well as a foundation for a long, healthy life.

Wellness Exams

Our vet provides wellness appointments. During these visits, our vet checks your farm animal's physical health for any possible issues. Our vet will check your animal's legs and other body parts for any signs of issues.

Part of the visit also includes getting your animal weighed. Sometimes, other tests are run as well.

At the wellness visit, our vet may recommend lifestyle changes. If your animal has any chronic health conditions, we'll provide treatment to manage them. Additionally, if an animal already has a health condition, we can reevaluate treatment to make sure your animal receives the ideal treatment for its condition.

Wellness visits are an excellent time to make sure your pet is updated on all of its vaccinations. It's also a time when you can ask our veterinarian any questions you have about taking care of your animal, including nutritional needs. That way, you can provide it with the best care possible.
